Under the Blueprint for Maryland's Future, families with a household income at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL) are eligible for free, full-day Pre-K at no cost. Children with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and Multilingual Learner (MLL) students are no longer automatically funded through the Pre-K Expansion Grant unless their families meet the 300% FPL eligibility requirement.
